Dante’s path to fitness began with football. He started young and played through high school and college. This gave Dante a deep appreciation for training, discipline and the "can-do" mindset he cultivates in all his clients.
Dante is a master trainer focusing on personal training, fitness counseling and group strength training. He specializes at creating workout plans and guiding clients through their fitness journey. He holds licenses in nutrition, pain-free performance, weight-loss management, bodybuilding, group fitness, and is a certified NASM Personal Trainer. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from CUNY John Jay and currently in pursuit of Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In addition to his work in fitness with adults, Dante coaches youth football.
